⚠ Note: These terms outline the key points of a paid community membership with trading-related educational content. They are a template and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer for the jurisdiction(s) you operate in before you go live — in particular regarding refunds/withdrawal, crypto-asset payments, and the boundary to financial-services regulation. Items in square brackets are placeholders.

Terms of Service
1. Provider and scope
(1) These Terms of Service govern all contracts between The Goat Hub (the “Provider”) and consumers or businesses (the “Customer”) regarding memberships and educational offerings at goathub.network.
(2) Any deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms of the Customer do not become part of the contract unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
2. Services
(1) The Provider gives the Customer access to a private Discord community and to educational content on trading cryptocurrencies, forex and futures.
(2) Membership includes, among other things, real-time market commentary, educational videos, training material and discussion channels.
(2a) “The Goat Bot” is a separate, independently purchased automated trading service and is not part of the membership. “Broncx's Bootcamp” is likewise a separate, one-time product.
(3) The content provided is expressly NOT investment, tax or legal advice. All market commentary, “signals” and trade examples are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
3. Conclusion of contract
(1) Registration takes place through the onboarding on the website and the subsequent join process in our Discord server.
(2) By clicking the relevant payment confirmation, the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a usage contract.
(3) The contract is formed once payment is received and the corresponding Discord role is granted.
4. Prices and payment
(1) The following rates currently apply (as of [date]):
- GOAT HUB Membership: $100 / month or $800 / year. Holders of the “Goat OG” role on our Discord pay the reduced rate of $30 / month or $300 / year.
- The Goat Bot: a separate, automated trading service, $250 / month (founding rate for the first 10 seats, $300 / month thereafter).
- Broncx's Bootcamp: one-time $1,000 (lifetime access)
(2) All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply, which the Customer bears where legally required.
(3) Membership and The Goat Bot are paid via our checkout at pay.goathub.network in USDC on the Solana network; the corresponding Discord role is granted automatically after the payment is confirmed. One-time offerings (e.g. Broncx's Bootcamp) may additionally be settled by direct transfer to the wallet address communicated in Discord.
(4) The Customer bears all network and transaction fees of the respective blockchain.
5. Term and cancellation
(1) Monthly memberships run for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
(2) The Bootcamp is a one-time offering and is fully rendered once access is unlocked; it cannot be cancelled after that.
(3) In the event of repeated violations of the Discord rules, the Provider reserves the right to terminate for cause without refund.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
(1) Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers, it is governed by the law of the Customer's place of residence.
(2) Digital content: by starting to use the membership, the Discord access or any digital content before the end of any withdrawal period, the Customer agrees that the service begins immediately and acknowledges that any such withdrawal right may lapse once performance has begun.
(3) [Your lawyer inserts the full, jurisdiction-correct withdrawal/refund notice here.]
7. Customer obligations
(1) The Customer undertakes to use all content provided in Discord solely for their own purposes and not to copy or redistribute it to third parties.
(2) The Customer makes all trading decisions solely on their own responsibility. The Provider has no influence over the Customer's trades or financial outcomes.
8. Liability
(1) The Provider is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
(2) Any liability for the Customer's financial losses arising from independently made trading decisions is excluded.
(3) Any further liability for slight negligence exists only for breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
9. Final provisions
(1) These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be set by the Operator], excluding conflict-of-law rules.
(2) Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
